Revealing Sacred Spaces

I created this space because I have a heart for people and a true, empathetic understanding of how liberating healing can be. My heart’s desire is to help others. Revealing Sacred Spaces is currently a part time therapy practice to serve clients in person and through tele-therapy.

I believe we can all heal. I believe we are all worthy of love and acceptance. I believe we all have a story to tell. I believe your story is not finished being written!

I currently also serve as a school counselor locally. My professional experiences while working in the mental health field, education system, and previously with the foster care and juvenile corrections, have allowed me to witness the best and worse people have to offer each other and the world. It has developed a desire to serve Central Texas and offer more resources for those needing mental health services. There are many wonderful counselors in our area but the need is greater than we can serve. It is an honor to join those serving and be chosen by you.

Hi, I’m Dawna Fulton! I’m so grateful you are here. A little about me… I am blessed to be a mom of four amazing kids! I also have four dogs that keep me busy. I love to watch movies, read, and sing karaoke. I enjoy music of all kinds and traveling near and far.

My motto right now is - Life is for the living… Let’s live!

You might find yourself asking - What is an LPC Associate? To clarify, I have obtained my Master’s degree and completed all the required courses to be an LPC. I have passed the national exam and been provisionally licensed by the State of Texas. To receive full licensure, I must complete a 3,000 hour internship within 5 years while being supervised by a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor . I am currently working toward this goal. I want to thank Danielle Howard for guiding me and graciously sharing her expertise with me. She has more than 20 years experience as an LPC and RPT (Registered Play Therapist). Her counsel and wisdom are a privilege to learn from. A big benefit to working with an LPC Associate is that I am continually learning and working with a very experienced supervisor to give you the best care and service.

I have a wealth of experience in my years prior to being licensed. I have worked in juvenile corrections, foster care, as a teacher, school counselor, and in ministry. My heart for service has led me here and I am grateful for the vast experiences I have gained in serving children, families, and individuals throughout Brown County. I am so blessed to get the opportunity to share in your journey as well.
